When will the development begin?
When we have the estimated 6-10 families, we will jointly select and purchase the land. The masterplan design and development will take place immediately after the land purchase. When approved, the residents will be able to begin construction.
How much will it cost?
It is estimated that the membership will cost $20-40,000 per family, depending on the price of the land and number of member families. Included in the membership cost is the land as well as bespoke architectural plans (custom-designed for each family). Owner builder construction of a basic cottage, which may later be extended, may cost as little as $50,000.
How many residents will the development have?
This will depend on site-specific planning constraints. The development will likely comprise between 6 and 10 homes.
